At Worqbook, operated by Tech Udyam Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our AI-powered educational workbooks. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our digital products.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have established this policy to address such situations fairly.

2. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy for PDF workbook downloads is as follows:

• Before Generation: Full refund available if the order is cancelled before the AI generates the workbook
• After Generation: No refund is available once the workbook has been generated, as AI processing costs are incurred immediately upon generation

3. Order Cancellation

Digital product orders can be cancelled for a full refund if:

• The order is cancelled before the AI generates the workbook
• The cancellation is requested before workbook generation begins

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@worqbook.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your order number
   • Email address used for the purchase
   • Reason for the refund request
   • Any supporting documentation (screenshots if applicable)
3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
4. If approved, we will initiate the refund process

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Bank processing times may add additional days for the refund to appear in your account

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the same card (5-7 business days)
• UPI: Refund to the linked bank account (3-5 business days)
• Net Banking: Refund to the source bank account (5-7 business days)

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Workbooks that have already been generated by the AI
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Refund requests without valid order numbers or proof of purchase
• Change of mind after workbook generation

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

• If a discount or coupon was applied incorrectly
• If only part of an order has issues

8. Store Credit

As an alternative to a refund, we may offer store credit that can be used for future purchases. Store credit:

• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• Can be used for any product on our platform
• Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

9. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

• Request a review by emailing support@worqbook.com with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line
• Provide additional information or documentation to support your case
• Disputes should be raised within 7 days of receiving our initial decision
